AIChild is an entertainment application that uses artificial intelligence to generate images of potential future children based on uploaded photos. The App is provided for entertainment and curiosity purposes only.

3. Important Disclaimer

The images generated by AIChild are for entertainment purposes only. They should not be used for:

• Medical or genetic predictions
• Scientific research
• Legal or official purposes
• Any decision-making regarding family planning

The AI-generated images are approximations and may not accurately represent actual future children.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Only upload photos of individuals who are 18 years or older
• Obtain consent from any person whose photo you upload
• Use the App in compliance with all applicable laws
• Not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App

5. Subscription and Payment

AIChild offers subscription plans:

• Free Tier: Includes 1 free baby generation and 1 free aging progression
• Weekly Plan: $3.99/week for unlimited access
• Yearly Plan: $19.99/year for unlimited access

Subscriptions are managed through the App Store and will automatically renew unless cancelled. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store settings.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by AIChild and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our written permission.

You own the images you generate using the App and may use them as you wish, subject to these Terms of Use.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIChild shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AIChild from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the App or violation of these Terms of Use.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause or notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms of Use.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated terms on this page. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which AIChild operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
