Baby Generator Pro is a mobile application that uses artificial intelligence to generate images based on user-provided photos. The App provides entertainment and curiosity-based services only. The generated images are not intended for medical, genetic, scientific, or predictive purposes.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the App only for lawful purposes
  • Only upload photos of individuals who are 18 years or older, or have obtained proper consent
  • Not use the App to create harmful, offensive, or illegal content
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or tamper with the App
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials

4. Intellectual Property

All content generated by the App belongs to you. However, the App itself, including its design, code, and AI technology, is the property of Baby Generator Pro and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Baby Generator Pro offers subscription plans:

  • Subscriptions are managed through Apple's App Store
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store account settings
  • Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy
  • We reserve the right to change subscription prices with notice

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. THE GENERATED IMAGES ARE FOR ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY AND SHOULD NOT BE USED FOR MEDICAL, LEGAL, OR SCIENTIFIC PURPOSES.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BABY GENERATOR PRO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

  • Use the App to create content that violates any laws or regulations
  • Use the App to harass, threaten, or harm others
  • Upload photos of minors without proper authorization
  • Attempt to access or interfere with the App's underlying technology
  • Resell or redistribute the App or its content

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for any violation of these Terms of Use or for any other reason we deem necessary.

10. Changes to Terms
